Web 2.0 questions

Hello, I have some questions on web 2.0 creation then getting backlinks from them.
If I create 5 posts on each of them, can I start putting some links on them? How many time will I need to wait to start affing links to the website after creation, is one/two weeks enough? Will the creation of 5-10 links from 5-10 different web 2.0 websites will help me get my PA increasing?

1-2 weekes before posting your link is enough.
Make sure the blogs are indexed.

Sorry for asking but what is indexed? and if someone can also explain to me what is an anchor text, please.

Indexed means that the web 2.0 property is in the search engine index or data base.

Anchor text is the text , word or ohrase or whatever text you would like to use that has hyperlink to your website’s url.

If you see some websites, there are hyperlinked words, they are anchor texts( ads or inner pages or external websites)

I'd wait at least 2 weeks before posting links on them. But on another note, if the web2.0 accounts are aged accounts, meaning they've been there for at least 3 months, and if you purchase these accounts from a provider, these can be used immediately for most purposes. Otherwise, if new accounts, it would be better to wait a little while longer, as some web2.0 are extremely sensitive when posting the links onto their property.

The delay is just to increase your stick rates otherwise you can link rightaway too.
