web 2.0 question

6 month ago one site got hit by google spam( content with little or no added value). Cheap Pbn and high exact match anchor text ratio was the problem
i have like 40 web2.0 with unique content(2-4 article each) pointing to that site
I want to build a new site in the same niche and i don't know if it is safe to use whose web 2.0's and how i should proceed:
1. Keep the links to my old site and just add another article with link to my new site
2. Remove the links(old site) and add links to my new site in the same articles??
3. Remove the links(old site) add another article to link to my new site
4. Remove articles from web2.0's , delete them wait a bit and then create another set of web 2.0 with same articles
5. None of the above

i would just change the links and leave the rest ....

I would change the links, then shoot GSA at it to get them reindexed with the new links.

Sure you can - if you really want to be on the safe side, point them to a parasite that links to your site - a press release or something like that.

Def not 4, that would be a waste.

Personally, I'd consider 3 as I tend to think such a move will be noticeable by G in the future. However, I'd leave the old links in place.

Imagine you are Google, you see a site pointing to a site that gets a spam penalty. All the sudden all the links to that site disappear and start pointing to another site.

Now, imagine that site just quits linking to the spam site, and links to another site instead.

If it were a court room case, criminal intent would be hard to prove in the second case, but less so in the first. Not that any of it is criminal by any means, just a metaphor.
