What do guys use for filler content? My first language is not English, so I can't write 5-10 articles myself. Spin them? They wont be readable. (is that a problem? I don't know... its gonna look too spamy)
Youtube videos? thats fine, but its just one post. What about the rest?
What about coping few random articles from any article directory and putting link back to original source? Hmm... my web 2.0 property full of duplicate content wont look that good in g00gles eyes

I'll read every advice, so don't be shy :)

Thank you

You need readable content. If the blog is visited by a hand reviewer, you should stand the test or just keep losing web 2.0's and rebuilding as they get caught.

You just made a post in English and interestingly we can read it.
So you can't write or do not want to write them?

You can always order the articles. Plenty of providers here.

If you actually put in a bit of work and time you could spin an article pretty well so that it's readable and unique. But it takes time and gets annoying real fast. Copying content is out of the questions tho.

Here's an idea- If you're copying content, then you could perhaps copy bits and pieces from a pre existing article and make an infographic type thing out of it. Since all the text will be in the image itself.

You can get some decent Web 2.0 content in the marketplace here if you are not comfortable writing it. Spinning usually requires that you know the language well if you want it readable.

Grab some of the guys in the marketplace for inexpensive content.

A lot of interesting opinions here. For web 2.0's the end goal needs to be stated. If you're doing it for the links then spun content. If you're building web 2.0's to rank and be seen by people, better content would be ideal.

Im doing it for a link. The article Im gonna put my link should be unique, I dont mind to buy it.
But Im talking about other posts(filler content). I cant afford to buy 5-10 (x 5$) articles Im not gonna put my backlink. And that for one web 2.0 property. How much other 20 gonna cost? I dont want my web 2.0 property to be one page site. Its gonna be deleted sooner or later.

The way I build web 2.0's is I do the main article with the link on the main page, then i create an about page, contact page, faq page. Sometimes I add other general pages like photo gallery etc.. So you don't need a bunch of articles for your web 2.0's. Plus your english seems fine, I'm sure you can write tier 1 content yourself.

If you want to take the multple article approach then you do realise that you do not have to post all the articles at once. Post 1 article every 2 or 4 weeks. That will give you plenty of time to write them or spread the expenses.

You can also post on odesk and other websites of similar nature and get dirt cheap article writers, they will work just fine for filler content.

so your web 20 looks like mini sites? (not like blogs?)

THANKS guys.

That is what you want them to eventually look like for long term benefit.
Please explain why mini site type web20 is better than blog type one

THANKS guys.

Please explain why mini site type web20 is better than blog type one

Aside from the obvious "content is king", the other pages on the mini web 2.0 give you balance and more substance and thus Google appreciate the sites more.

Unique Content Should Be There , Dont copy and paste it and It will Not Give You any Positive Impact ..

Do what i do, search content in your native language and translate them with Google Translate, take out the obvious grammar mistakes and walla their you have fresh, interesting new content.

:)

You need to do manual work which pays for the effort, google now a days is getting strict and you need to write the content manually make sure you don't overoptimize the keywords in the content.
