So I am working on creating link wheels for my sites and a question came up. Two of my sites are medical/health related. Would it be better to have each web2.0 link back to both sites since it would mean I would be updating them more often then two seperate blogs.

I always like to have link diversity on my web 2.0 blogs. I think it makes it look less spammy or obvious that I am trying to build links.

I would keep it all separate just to be on the safe side and not have any backlinking patterns. Also try and diversify your links, so get some high pr links social bookmarks etc as well. Just create another web 2.0 property it wont take much longer and you will get all the link juice instead of halving it so its win win :)

Yes, its good to have social media link for both the websites rather than having two different blogs.

In this way, you are cutting down your effort to the half and chances of getting noticed by the search engines are high.

The more diversified you are, the better. Get separate web 2.0 for each and push them with social bookmarks. You'll be safe by separating your processes.

I would definitely keep them separate. You'll have more link diversity and you may decide at a future date to sell one or just outright get rid of one. I always keep each of my sites separate from the others for these very reasons.

I blog about medical/health topics, and have a B.S. in Medical Laboratory Science.

If you are interested in link sharing or possibly mentioning me in an entry I wouldn't be so upset and in return I would do the same.

I would have PMed you but I am a newb and couldn't find the PM button...

Srrryyy But to answer that question, yeah keep them separate. =)

I always like to keep my Web 2.0 separate for each money site that I build. I feel there is no reason to take unnecessary chances.
