web 2.0 pyramids (structure & interlinking)

So I'm planning to create a good web 2.0 pyramid using blogs (wordpress and tumblr)

tier 1: 13 wordpress blogs.
tier 2: 25 tumblr blogs.
tier 3: 50 wordpress blogs.

Now, I want to point each property to all the units of the above tier.

so let's say each wordpress blog of tier 3 will point to the 25 units of tier 2...

My question is... is it ok to create an article and throw the 25 links with proper anchor text? I don't want it to look suspecious..

Do you actually do this with your pyramids? do you think it should be effective?

If you Use Multi-tire Methods then it will be more effective
