Web 2.0 property flipping???

Basically I have a few web 2.0 properties that produce income through clickbank and cpa banners. All of them are already ranking on first page results for the main keywords and have pure whitehat seo backlinks. Traffic is all organic (45-138/day)!

The main one I want to get rid of for some quick cash is making $250-$450 per month and is a pr1, it would just need a simple clickbank link swap from mine to theirs.

Has anyone here ever had success selling something like this? I am open for suggestions.

Can you somehow tie them to a domain? Redirect them?

If you can claim the revenue and tie it to one domain, you can then include the web 2.0 sites as a "bonus" which contribute towards the income.

Selling them without a domain will be nearly impossible.

I have a domain name that I use for redirects to this page I am talking about. It actually has exact match keywords in it but I never did any seo for the url itself. I was thinking that I could just sell them the login to this property and BOOM they switch some links to their affiliate id and tracking code and thy have a income producing mini web 2.0 site.

I have traffic data and conversion rates to solidify earnings proof. Screenshots are also available.

Just need some quick money

Guess I am going to have to go renegade on this one. I find it hard to believe that nobody here has done something like this.
