I manually made 40 web 2.0 and now i want to juice them up and make like authority.. Would fiverr backlink blast help to increase these
"buffer" web 2.0 properties rank? If no, then what would you suggest to make it more powerful !! :)

Run of the mill SEO and link building. There's more material on how to do that on this forum than you could possibly read in a lifetime.
 
be careful with the fiverr blasts as there are lots of crappy sellers there.. otherwise yes, you should build some more backlink tiers to the web2.0s ..
 
If going whitehat, why use tiers at all? Isnt it better to just point the blog comments directly to your moneysite?
 
I agree, there's a lot of junk on Fiverr. I'd use some of the higher quality stuff there. For instance, you could write an article and pay one of the manual submitters on their to get you 15-20 PDF/Doc links. This can be done with just about any type of link. It's going to be a bit more costly than the blackhat stuff, but it's worth it in the long run.
