I Read it, But it didn't look useful for me, Need still more deep article

In which part you didn't understand !!!
Should I write all the articles unique for each web 2.0 sites(10 sites and 10 articles each), If yes it will be the toughest process of creating 10*10=100 articles unique. And should I use different mail ID with different IP address for each web 2.0 sites..?????

I use max 03 articles in each property no spun only handwritten (low quality but unique and handwritten). You can add article as much you want.
Each property comes with Logo/Header (where applicable).
Max 03 properties from the same IP (if from same platform i.e Wordpress) use different email address.
Max 05 different properties from the same IP (different platform i.e wordpress, tumblr, weebly, blogger, wix) sometime use same email address.
There are no appropriate rules to make web 2.0
What works for me may not works for you.

you may follow this process to create web 2.0 without problems
Prospecting - this step involves finding websites that are semantically/topically related to your target area, have a good domain authority and will accept guest posts or article submissions. This can be achieved by googling “{topic} +write for us”. Create a database or a prospect list.
Outreach - find the contact details for the website, either via the contact page or the form and add it to your database. Then contact each one and ask if they would be interested in an article about your topic. Mention three titles they may be interested in. If they agree, it’s time to get writing.
Content Writing and Submission - Based on the target site, you’ll be able to review previous blogs/articles to determine the content that works well on that site. Right a fantastic piece that their readers will enjoy PLUS include a link back to your website. Ensure to use your brand name/site name in the anchor text 95% of the time.
