Web 2.0 Process To Pass Maximum Power

When it comes to building Web 2.0 links, what is the best process?

So create the account and subdomain (example.wordpress.com)

Then add content and pages to the site, is there a process people follow?

Then link to the Web 2.0 from other sites while linking from the Web 2.0 to your money site?

As you build more content on each web 2.0 and more backlinks to your content on web 2.0 you increase the authority of your web 2.0 websites and they pass more power to your money site.
For example, I do for starter 4-5 articles on each web 2.0 and build backlinks to them, share them on social, etc, and then continue to update them adding at least 1 new article per week and increasing the number of new web 2.0's.
It also helps to crosslink a few with each other but not all with all for example if you build 20 webs 2.0 and put 4-5 articles on them, break them into 5 groups of 4 sites and then crosslink sites in each group with each other.

Yes, basically this is the process. You can automate this process when you start finding some automatable processes if you go bigger.
You can go higher or lower on quality both on content, keyword research, etc.., depending on your tiering strategy. It may serve just to be blasted, or it may rank to some extent to a bunch of long tail keywords. Both options are complementary, since both are available at the same time.

I see! So if I wanted to build Web 2.0 links to a money site in the Plumbing Niche, I would set up Web 2.0 sites, add pages and full content etc, then link to the money site?

Would it be best to link to the money site from the Articles or Homepage? I'm talking like wordpress.com sites and weebly.com

Yea I'm working in the industry since 2004 I did see plenty. But that is not the only thing I do.
Diversity is important. I do everything, web2.0, blog comments, forum profiles, wiki, web2.0 profiles, pdf, infographics, videos+links in descriptions, guest posts, directory submissions, article submissions, social shares, social bookmarks... you name it.
Just it's important to know what you do and how you do it... practice makes perfect.

Research the forum you will find a looooot of information here.

For example look for "link building diagrams" , link building strategies" etc.

You link from the home page, then you make 1-3 links in the article. Treat it like any other website you can do whatever you want at a reasonable amount (not to do keyword stuffing and make 500 links in one article)

This is dynamic business things change all the time have to follow new trends and learn new stuff all the time but some basics stay the same. Good luck

for tier 1, you should only stick with the top of them (weebly, wp.com, blogger & couple of others),
Others can be useful for the 2nd tier, but many of them can get your web 2.0s deleted, get deinexed easily or just change to nofollow or/and noindex,
they're simply not as stable as the top ones and if you're creating HQ ones, you'll be putting them at risk
