Is a great list, but mostly of no use, because those sites belongs to the same people who will drop your links a few days after you publish something.
 
It good but these web2.0s won't last long about 2 weeks max !
 
Most of these are part of a network run (I think) by SEO Autopilot software. In my testing I've never got any registered accounts to stick, I think you need to use their software to register and post. But as others have already said, they're spammed to high heaven.
 
Can someone recommend web 2.0 that will be not deleted?

Because all created web 2.0 websites from the list - Suspended by the owner.
