What you want is authority web 2.0s pointing to your site. All your web 2.0s have no links and no authority.

You should build links to those web 2.0s using GSA SER for better effect. Build contextual links to your web 2.0s and spam those contexuals with blog comments.

And... Don't just put only one post on one web 2.0... Try to post at least 3 posts containing no links and one post with link to your money site. And upload photos and videos into your posts.

Fresh created Web 2.0 with one article doesn't have much value since it's very easy to get such a backlink. What you should focus on is developing your web 2.0 blogs to authorities by frequently adding niche-related and highly-relevant content, as the time goes by your blogs will be aged and gain some trust in Google's eyes. You can also 'help' the process and make them more powerful by building some quality Tier 2 backlinks. Web 2.0s still work wonders, but you have to treat them the right way and invest some money and time into creating authoritative network. Once you got it, it's really good SEO asset.

I've tried building many web 2.0's with 1 or 2 posts and have had less luck than actually building a few web 2.0s, adding multiple articles, updating the properties twice a month, adding social signals, unique themes, pictures, etc. Making them look like actual mini authority sites. Linking out to other authority sites is a must, as well.

so this is like a PBN? but PBN is far more powerful than this tactic in my exp..
 
Yes, but this adds link diversity and is also far less likely to be penalized. You'll thank yourself in 5 years if you start one now.
 
Yes. Most Important unique and quality content. Create more than 2 contents. Create relevant infographic post and publish it.. Then, you'll get some referral social signal and backlink tooo..
 
web 2.0 alone will not do much, you have to reinforce them with quality tier 2 links and then you'll see great results, guarantee.
