For example we build English web 2.0 like wordpress for our SPanish site, should we write content on 2.0 (for example wordpress) on English ? or its ok writing on Spanish? May that trigger a spam, if we write on different lanugage on 2.0 s ? Whats the best way about it. Thanks.

no mate, web 2.0 is another term. I want to build it to my T1

If your audience speaks Spanish then I would build out in Spanish but if you're asking specifically about building out English web 2.0 pointing to Spanish T1 and getting a spam penalty then I can't answer that sorry.

It’s okay to write the content in Spanish and It’s not going to be considered as spam as well.

If your money site in in Spanish, why do you want to build links using English language?
