Never for the love of holy spirit force index your backlinks. Especially not with web 2.0s. What would you expect to happen? That you will rank faster? No. You are leaving footprints all over, because nobody that has ever received a backlink naturally has force indexed it. It's as unnatural as it gets. If it were up to me, I would red flag every single backlink that gets directly submitted into console.
