Web 2.0, im confused

So I read about web 2.0 and i created three 2.0s. one with wordpress, one with tumblr and one with blogger. Also, I created 2-3 300 words articles, about page, contact page, pictures for everyone of them. The only one that has a high DA was the wordpress one but the others have just 1 DA. Does that mean that i need to generate backlinks for them. Also, can i generate backlinks for them using fiverr backlink providers or skip all that and buy expired 2.0s from fiverr ?

I think they still work perfectly.

Do not use Fiverr. They are just cracked Links. Manually submit the backlinks to Wordpress
