Hi guys.

For some time now I'm trying to rank a product and it is going well. Anyway, I have a slight 'problem'. When I try to add tier 3 link wheel (bookmars, doc, photos, etc.) I don't know if I should point the directly to my money site, or should I point them to my tier 1,2 web 2.0's and money site?

Well they are tier 3 links from docs share sites, bookmarks, blog comments, etc.
 
Always point the best quality links at your money site, the rest, you can point at your tiers. Frankly after the recent update, there appears to be no place for poor quality links anywhere within your tiers.

How could I possibly know if it's a quality link if I'm creating a 'from scratch' profile. For example, let's take dropbox for example. I create new account and link from there to my money site. Is that considered quality tier 3 backlink?
 
Well, the very definition of a Tier 3 link is that it is linking to a Tier 2 page. If you're considering having these links go to your money site, then they become Tier 1 backlinks - they're at the same level as your other Tier 1 backlinks.

What you're really asking is, "is it safe/helpful to use links from properties such as profiles as Tier 1 backlinks, or should they only be Tier 2 or Tier 3 backlinks?" Right? Personally, I wouldn't use these properties to link to a money site. I don't think they help, and they might hurt.

You can clearly see in this link that the person who wrote it had it perfectly shown at the bottom of his thread (on the photo). Tier 3 link wheel is bookmarks, comments, etc. They actually point to the tier 2 link wheel, but in the comments in the thread I read something else. That is what prompted my question.
