Hi I want to create web 2.0 sites to boost keyword rankings of my local websites. Few things I would like to know is:
1)What kind of content should I use for web 2.0,
2)Keyword to use for outbound links,
3)How many outbound links to create per post
4)How many pages should I create for my web 2.0 and also
5)How to create backlinks to those web 2.0. (I mean types of backlinks to use for boosting & maintaining web 2.0).
Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks.

1. content should be unique and cs passed
2. outbound link to your website
3. if you content 500words 1 outbound link from the first paragraph, try to add some authority links to your post too
4. home, contact us, about us, privacy policy
5. you can add social bookmarks, article submission, image submission, etc

1. Handwritten Quality Content.
2. Use Random Word For Authority Link And Nacked/Generic/Brand/Keyword For Your Site.
3. 2 Links Are Enough
4. Try To Add 3 to 4 Pages Like: About, Contact, Privacy.
5. Treat Web 2.0 Like Your Money Site (Try To Build Profiles And Mostly Contextual Links)

I wanted to make web 2.0 profiles too, I have been doing it manually, but content upload takes a very long time. Are there any tools to post content in bulk on those profiles? and I have seen many google sheets with web 2.0 profile lists and the coresponding short URL beside them. Most of the time the short URL starts with M566.info. Could anyone tell me how to create m566.info short URLs as well?

Just a heads up - there are sites you can make powerful blogs that retain full domain authority - strikingly, joomla, fc2 to name a few.

Be wary of any that have been "blogspotted", meaning whenever you try to leverage their high authority by creating an account, your subdomain actually starts at zero authority. Those, with a lot more effort, can be as useful for those above, but are not ideal.

As long as you treat them like it's a money site as mentioned, it can produce big results.

You should be able to specifically use MS or Senuke for this purpose.
