So just to confirm, the point is to create web 2.0 to link to other post which in turn link to your money sites?
ie. Bad: web 2.0 => money site
Good: web 2.0 => PBN articles => money site

Why no ? Any specific reason ? When we buy web 2.0 services all service provider uses same platform only when repeat orders are placed. Kindly guide.
I am planning to make web 2.0 like below on different platforms (not going to use only wordpress or tumblr)

Firstly, Web 2.0s are the best way to build anchor profile and it's important that you create them so that they look very natural.
Do not try creating Web 2.0 on the same platform. There are a few steps that I would follow in order to create web 2.0 backlinks.
1. Create a Web 2.0 account on Wordpress, Tumblr, Blogger, Weebly, Medium Etc
2. Include target/niche keyword in URL
3. Build out profile, with images, about us page, etc
4. Create at least 4 articles on each web 2.0. Each article will be on 500 words information article.
5. Link out to other authority websites within your niche (not your competitors)
And that’s it! This will provide your website with a nice, natural-looking backlink for your website!
