Hi,

Should I spend some time creating good content for a web 2.0s ?

I mean, can I just use AI-generated texts for those sites. Or it should be well-structured articles with enough keywords in the text?

I use AI generated contents on my web 2.0's and they rank well. As long as the article is readable and not plagiarism. Just run the articles through grammarly to correct any errors.

Make unique content and readable.. Spun content is not an issue for average expectation..

Spun is completely fine and I've never had an issue with it. Depends a bit on your niche though, probably.
