Web 2.0 Content - How Effective Should The Content Be?

I just want to ask what would be the best option for me. I have some web 2.0 that I posted only 1 article per site. I haven't updated it since august.

Here are my questions:
Would it still be beneficial if I use those web 2.0?
Should I just create some new ones?
Will spinned content be fine to be used on this site?
How about I use a well rewritten articles?
Should I use unique, rewritten or spinned content?

Yes, Web2.0 sites are always beneficial sites.

If you already have old web2.0 accounts then you can create post using same account.

It's better to use unique content per Web2.0 instead of spun content or spun the content heavily.

Yes, You can use rewrite article but It should be copyscape passed.

how many updates do you think it would take for those web 2.0 to start having any effect?
 
Should I interlink one post to another then put a link to my site on each web 2.0 or should I just put a link to my site and another link to another site which has similar content like an ezine article or social bookmarking with my link on it?

My answer is unique for all web 2.0 and it is always useful. You should do backlink more for these web 2.0 with social bookmark, create account for social media such as facebook, twitter, pinterest and share. Should create business account for pinterest instead of personal profile.
 
Aged web 2.0s can be good. Why not start updating them again with fresh content? It's not going to hurt you, just don't put links to the same site in every post. As for spun content, yes it's good if you know how to spin properly (at least 300% unique).
 
Blog submission on web 2.0 websites is latest successful trend to easily get traffic and high Page Rank. Google always gives first priority to unique and fresh content so if you submit as per Google rules you will definatly get good effects of it on your website.
 
Copyscape passed and 100% readable. You can either rewrite/write unique/hand spin. Then you are good to go.
