You need to build more tier2 backlinks for that wordpress and above live links or else use pinterest, reddit trick to index the backlinks

I use GSC to index my Web 2.0 link by verifying web 2.0 sites within GSC and then perform fetch as Google your Web 2.0 posts, it index my Web 2.0 post within a day. Try it.

Shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks usually, do everything you can to index it like social media shares, tier 2 links, and submit to indexer service

Yes! I would suggest you to built some tier 2 backlinks like web 2.0 for the backlinks to index faster.

Yes sir. I usually use a hub like blogspot, and link it to google search console. You post all your backlinks to your blogspot as a post, that's where you post your backlink index. Then you run google search console on it. It will get crawled. Another way is to use google drive. Create some google docs, ya google crawls their properties even if you had never published them. In fact the funny thing is you rank higher by NOT publishing it, and let google crawl it.
