These packages sold on this forum are already getting dozens and hundreds of sales and are they definitely over spammed these websites with garbage AI and non-human content. Will these kind of packages do serious harm to my website than do any good?

You can use Web 2.0 for Tier 2 links. Just blindly creating links without any strategy is a waste of time and money.

bullshit.... Majority of paid backlinks and artificially build backlinks like web 2.0 will harm your website. total wastage of money and wastage of time... better start burger stall than waste money on paid backlinks.

Most cheap web 2.0 and social profile backlinks packages are heavily spammed. Mass AI content and repeated links can hurt rankings more than help.
