Web 2.0 and penalty

Can a Web 2.0 from an authority site (wordpress,tumblr,blogger etc.) who has a link to my money site and is being hit by Google pass that penalty to my money site as well?

Well, if you have to much penalized web 2.0 that should be a problem. If it is just 1 or 2 it won't be a big problem.

Having a property penalized won't send the penalty to the other links which appear on that blog. It would have no sense and no one will be interested in such no brainers to happen.

A link from a penalised site will not transfer a penalty to your site, be it a web 2.0, an article directory, or blog backlink. Penalties usually transition from one site to another through 301 redirects. Why? Because when a site links to you, Google assumes that the link was placed by the webmaster/owner of the site. So Google can't penalise your site because of a link you apparently have no control over.

However, when a site is redirected to another, it indicates ownership and therefore association which signals to Google that both sites are related and that the site owner is trying to manipulate the algorithm (why else would someone 301 a penalised domain to another domain?). Consequently, the penalty is transmitted to the other domain via the redirect.

No, the penalty won't be linked to you, but to be on a safer side, you can easily remove your link from the hit blog

Its more like returning you back a few steps.
I don't say this because I believe it will happen, I am saying this because it did happened to me in 3 separate occasions.
