Web 2.0 and footprint with Google webmaster tools ?

Hi, I would like to create 10 times web 2.0 and I am not sure if it is good idea to each web 2.0 connect with one account of GWMT ? Do you think that it will create some footprints and my money site can be penalized in some way when I make links from web 2.0 to it ?

you dont need webmasters to track the keywords your sites rank for. There are many third party tools that would allow you to do that.
