Just chiming in to say you really don't need to hire a freelancer for this. Kennected and LinkedIn Helper are both up-to-date software's fully capable of managing multiple LI accounts on their own unique proxies. Just buy aged accounts - at one point I was managing 20 different profiles, all completely fake with minimal issues.
