Hundreds of people lost their lives and still large numbers are still missing. So far this is the saddest moment that happened in our city which is Iligan City and a near city Cagayan de Oro. People didn't expect this to happen since flood is very common in our city but not this type of flood that one island here in our city was washed out and most people that lived there are still missing. We humbly need your prayers. God Bless!

You can also send donations through paypal. Follow this link from One Iligan Bloggers:

The problem is they warned only certain communities, but not others. They sent out warning in Hinatuan and though there was a lot of destruction, not many lives were lost there.

Then in other areas such as Iligan and Cagayan de Oro didn't receive any warning to vacate flood zones. A lot of people are furious at the people in charge of sending warning signals now.

Death count is over 600 now, with many hundreds still missing.
