We need bing guides for bing

Advantage of bing is, that big expired domains rank almost automatically there and within days.

Traffic there converts great and I always had tons of it. Sometimes even 20 - 25%

Of course, there are the deindexations. Link building, redirects, etc will kill you and even if you manage to get the domain reindexed, it will never rank as well. So around 80 - 90% drop in traffic.

First time I had site deindexed there was almost 2 years ago now and it has never recovered, which is a massive shame.

Does this mean, if one builds a new site and redirects an old(expired) domain to it, the new site would never rank on Bing or it'll have all these challenges you mentioned.

It can happen, yes, but that new site won't really be ranking for anything in the first place.

It also depends on the size of the redirect. If you redirect a 50 RD domain, it might go under the radar. If you redirect a 2K RD behemoth, it will probably raise some red flags.

I'm building a new site at the moment, and planning experimenting with expired domain redirect to it. I won't want the new site to never rank at all on Bing, so need to be sure. All my sites that have managed to rank on Bing only one had a redirect but the redirect was not for SEO purposes even though there was a benefit.

They are all still indexed and getting a tiny bit of traffic from Bing, don't want the new site to miss out.

How to get Bing index? my websites do'n't index even after 2 months and it also doesn't index well on my sites.
Try Bing Webmaster tools using the URL submission feature.

I wish Bing can get quarter of the traffic Google gets, I'll happily move my focus there.. Google are too unstable.

It depends. On a big scale, yeah, it's peanuts.
But when you're starting out, it can be a gold mine.

For a European niche blog, I get about 900UV/day from Bing. That's about $120/month in revenue from Bing alone. Pays the bills
How many articles on the site? Does your traffic raise?
it is good to get 900UV/day from Bing.

Everyone always makes fun of me on these forums and elsewhere every time I say bing is a good way to make quick cash xD . Otherwise, I probably would have written guides ages ago. Maybe I will in the future if there's interest. Or i wont, Depends how salty I'm feeling :p
I have manga site (unlicensed) and it cannot index bing while another site is still index, can you give some advance for me?
