We need a section for beginners to ask noob questions

We need a section where we can throw all the beginners in for their first month where they can only post to this section. Any question can be asked here, by any member. "How do I send traffic to my mom's new health product?" and other noob questions need a place where noobs can just run free and ask basic questions without being shredded. So much of the forum has turned to intermediate IM and we need a place for the noobs to hang out. If you look at other black hat forums or computer forums, they all have a beginner section, then they have categorized sections for advanced level questions.
