We need a backlink scraper-whitehat

I need to hire a person that knows how to use tools like "scrapebox or equivalent" to pull pr2+ backlinks and post them for my company.

I have been around awhile and I get promises and then only garbage links.

I will pay a fair wage from 10 to who knows how many links per day, pr2+, no profile links, no lists of links that anyone can purchase, but real scrubbed links. Do follows of course.

The rate will depend on you and how good your links are.

Auto-cars-freight are targeted more $ per link

Others sectors are ok but non targeted- less $ per link
