We need 300 Quality Forum Links

Need person who can find 100+ forums that are related to below mentioned categories and make 3 posts in each of the forum to be the total of 300 posts. You must strictly post only in the below mentioned categories and all the 100+ sites homepage PR should be PR3+ and the link should be do follow.

The forums must be related to Health, fitness, medicine, etc.
Homepage PR must be PR 3+
At least 100 unique forums and 3 posts per each
the placed link should be do follow
