You using the same method ? And what do you mean you "must of not submitted correctly to search engine" ? You added a sitemap on webmasters from the site ?
So it got indexed quick, big deal. For a start websites seem to rank high when they are first indexed, for two there is not one more website to compete against with the term "marketing experts ormond beach" in its title, so I really do not see what the big fuss is about. I would guess anyone and a Fiverr gig could do the same.
You probably should've ran the keyword through keyword planner before going for it. It has zero monthly searches. Also if you search for the keyword in qoutes you'll see that there's only your site, this bhw thread, and some report from http://alikewebsites.com/, whatever that is. My point is, who else should google put on top when there are only 2 pages using that keyword?

Yeah like i said it is not hard but this domain does not have backlinks nor social signals at all.. And it still ranks 1st page within 2 days since the domain is bought.

The thing is this guy didnt use any blog posts or anything just bought the domain name, built a quick iframed landing page, stuck my website in the iframe and submitted it to the search engines. Sure wish I knew his secret.

I agree that long tail without competition rank fast.. But without any links and no social signals in 2 days is still a nice way to rank.. Beside the method is really very simple and its amazing that it works, that was my point.

First I dont know squat about SEO, I did try to make a copy cat website of what he did, even bought a domain name and tried to create a sitemap and then submit to yahoo, google and bing but no luck on my end . I dont know how he does it but Im going to have him do one for a client of mine to see if it happens again.

There are only three results for the exact phrase and there are no results for the keyword intitle, and people think it is special.

1) Super low search keyword
2) No competirors
3) Keyword in domain name
4) Keyword in title, meta description and meta keyword
5) Keyword in h1, h2 and h3
6) Keyword in image alt tag
7) It deals some how with redirect from/to locals4you website (check the html code) (100% clone)
8) it's bing
9) I don't know in Florida local bing search but in NY bing I don't see you site in TOP30, mybe I blind

How do you not rank for a keyword like that? It doesn't matter if the domain is new or not. If the keyword has no competition, just mentioning the phrase in your article title, and h1 (without over optimizing on the phrase) and sending a few high PR links will rank it in top 20 in under 2 days. In fact, if you do this on an aged or authoritative domain, it will show up top 20 in a few hours without any backlinks at all.
There are so few people searching this exact keyword it does not even appear in google instant. Even low searched long tails appear in instant!

Elbert, Lets think this through. He ranked you for a keyword NO ONE searches for so how hard is that to rank AND why do you even care that he ranked you for that? It offers you no value and probably cost you some money to do it. There is no ROI with that.
