I have already verified up to 10 accounts of organization type of different countries and have never had any issue, especially regarding the organization verification, though I was using real organizations' documents. So, if you have proper documents, which here are the most important part, you should definitely try changing the account type to organization.

Now, I have one account of individual type, and it's asking the same as for you. This is something new, I haven't faced such type of verifications before; the previous individual account only asked for a personal verification (passport, driver license...), and then it got verified with no issue.
Within the next week I will try to verify with everything they ask for and will share the results.

Not sure, because your identity is already verified. But for Organizations, they will ask for organization documents. you need to contact support first and check with them if it's possible.

I can see that you have not verified ,,your organization" yet and there is a deadline for you.

After we verified it, the deadline disappeared for us and we see no any deadlines. So it's kinda possible that business operations don't have to be verified?
 
The BoV doesn't have anything to do with the account type - individual or organization. If what you are promoting requires BoV, it doesn't matter how you have set up your account. More info here: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/11938893?hl=en

The bot will look at your keywords, ad copy, landing page, (internal pages - *optional) and in certain circumstances it can compare the data with other advertisers and eventually scrape data from certain sources. As for scraping data (such as getting information in the public records and other places, regarding your company) I cannot confirm whether they are indeed doing this, but I read it on the official support forum.

Certain business operations cannot be done as an individual by law (for example in the financial sector) and you need a company for this purpose. So, if the account is set as an individual even though you can verify it as such, it will ask for verification as an organization and after that for BoV. That's why the support may tell you that individual verification with government documents is not possible, because organizations verification has been triggered by the bot and from the support they cannot do anything else other than to comply with what has to be done or the last option is to escalate this to the compliance verification team and if they say that the account can still operate that particular business type as an individual, then they will let you verify it as such.

If your business model is fine from an individual operations perspective, then you can verify your individual account and then do the BoV and you won't necessary have to switch the account to an organization. As mentioned the BoV will get triggered based only on what you are promoting with the account.

The account can be switched from an individual to organization and vice versa, but this can be done only by the support staff.

And last, but not least the account can be immediately paused in certain circumstances and you will not get 30 days to verify it. This is valid both for account verification type and for BoV.

When I look in my ads on Google search I find a verified badge. It says that advertiser is verified and it shows my name, last name, etc.

Is it possible that I don't need to do business operations verification anymore since I am already verified and don't see any deadlines at the advertiser verification page?

- Yes, that is the case. If you don't see a deadline and your ads are still running fine after 5th February, then you don't have to complete BoV and this message will disappear soon.

Hello,

I need help regarding Business Operations Verification form but I can't find ANY help from Google - Live chat is useless and it gets me disconnected and pathetically marked as "solved" in a couple minutes, email help is worth crap because it's a copy-paste from irrelevant info pages and phone support is as useless as fifth leg for a dog.

I am desperate because my account is paused since December (3 months now) and no matter how many times I submit official documents with my business registration file (I work as sole proprietorship) called "Activity 479100 - Retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet", I still get denied. This form in my country does not have any specially signed or stamped file, only simple file in PDF format with my full name, personal number and this business registry number, that's it.

For my identification I tried my personal ID, I tried my driving license (both sides), last time I attached my passport - NOTHING WORKS.

I still get same messages for 15 times already - "Insufficient documentation" and "Unable to verify advertiser".

I moved from Organization to Individual but even that doesn't help.
Nobody is telling me exactly what document is wrong.
It feels like something is stuck here, somewhere is an error which does not let me pass verification!

Well, I was told to try moving from Individual to Organization as a possible solution, and you did opposite.

I am not sure what's going on with this verification, but there is definitely something wrong with it.

I moved to Individual because I thought that maybe the denial reason is really an Insufficient documentation because I am individual businessman who works under Sole proprietorship, so I surely don't have organizational documents as they request. I have only one file that describes me as working under Individual registration, no others so I guess Organization type in Google Ads would not suit me.

Either way, is it possible that you could help me? Maybe you could see what I don't, even though I don't think it's possible that I miss something... I am really not a newbie on such stuff.

Yesterday one more Google representative called and it was almost impossible to hear him over the echo, moreover with Indian accent.
He said I should write back to [email protected] but.. it's "noreply" I said, but he insisted me to write back.
I don't know, I am in some loop game, going back and forth and the outcome is the same.

It should be so easy and I am just stuck. Why nobody from Google is able just simply look at my case or see which doc is bad.. something is wrong here

I won't be able to help you. The only thing that helped me was Google account strategist which did some magic with her contacts in Google. They manually confirmed my account, I guess.

Google account strategist? is that something you got assigned by accident or is that someone I can also write to? because I can't reach any manager team from Google, I can't get anywhere in Live Chat, phone support is useless and only annoys me with useless suggestions...

How can I request such strategist?

I found people in Linkedin who works in Google, they were from my country, and they connected account strategist with me.
