you can have an ebay stealth account easily with that amount of profit you have you can buy ebay account plus you can create an stealth paypal too there are some threads here as guides in that way your profit will be only to you and you get more than having partnership just my opinion.

i know this person, well not really, just happen to get a pm from him from skype, he is in our skype group pming everyone about his offer (scam?) but no one is biting it, coz its to good to be true... so just heads up guys... this guy could scam you if i were u stay away!
 
200usd profit per item sounds too good to be true. I do quite a bit of eBay as well and I don't believe you can have that profit margins for electronics unless only you in this world provide them (exclusive items). Also if they are high quality counterfeits which is why you need other people's aged accounts to take it (risky of getting eBay strikes)

This sounds too good to be true. A seller your size can easily buy an aged ebay account that has a high selling limit.

Anyway, be careful guys, Ebay And Paypal Go well together for Chargebacks, just sayin'
