We dont know why your ads arent showing

i created a campaing on 06th of august which resulted in suspention of my account due to unacceptable business practises, which was completely false accusations as im advertising a completely white hat campaign.

i opened up a ticket and got unsuspended - also my campaign started to get impressions.

one day after i added 2 keywords and eversince then no impressions or clicks have been generated , its been now 3 days

what could be the reason?

i opened up a ticket now that my campaign is not running but they seem to have changed their openeing times for customer support which is only mo-fr now

i never had this restriction and my account is verified by the advertiser verification already.

the invoice billing is by an agency.


they state that a temporarily spending limit can be triggered by non compilant advertisment policy or if the advertiser verification hasnt been done but both is neither true for me.
