I have heard many times that amazon will ban you if you list the price and not updated it in time, if this is true then is there any other way to use price tag from amazon?

yes, either do not list price at all or use a script, plugin or cronjob that updates the prices regularly. there are several plugin available for worpdress that automate this process.
