We all are getting Same PROBLEMS..Lets Help each Other G.ADWORDS

My three Accounts are running Fine but whenever i try to create new one it gets banned Even if new account satisfies all policies of Google....Nothing happens to previous ones if i violate some policies or even violate major policies
So please help me and others too who have been facing the same issues, and provide some tips....And yes i am changing everything ,website,payment details,devices,ip,.

@Burhan.kawoosa If you're trying a Tech Support campaign, be it White-Hat / Black-Hat, forget getting it approved by talking to random people on a Forum. Take your shot together, re-think your strategy. You know where you are lacking. All you gotta do is fix it yourself or hire someone. Everything in this world comes for a price !

The funny things is that i have access to hundreds of debits cards attach to real bank accounts with max load of 200 usd per month which i use to create this accounts sucessfully without any issues but i suck at making ads profitable. I often end up with a negative ROI. The debits cards as being very useless so far. I will end up watching more of ppc tutorials so that i will start afresh in 2017.

We are having some longtime issues with suspended Adwords accounts, both from finance and editorial. We think we figured the finance part out. It seems that the major credit card companies always update Google when there's a change of credit card number, so if you keep your old number on the suspended account, that will auto-update. Then of course if you use the new number on a fresh account it will get suspended. That's their secret sauce it seems, and we think that's why so many people get banned and many are expressing their frustrations here.

We do need some general help on keeping our sites going - we generally run up to $15m in revenue per year if it's all working well. But we need a real savvy pro to keep us afloat without all sites getting suspended at once. Cloaking is OK - we may have figured this out on our own but want someone to manage this. We can do some sharing of revenues of course. If you seriously know what you're doing please PM me. If you are doubtful please don't contact us - we just want to deal with a real pro who knows exactly what they are doing to assist.
