use the keyword scraper & harvester to find wikis/blogs/forums you can then manually post articles & comments depending on what sites you are looking for
Spot on right here. I'm the lead of an in-house SEO team and often times I spend a few hours each week using scrapebox to fill a few spreadsheets for our dedicated linkbuilders who then manually go after certain keywords.
Lately I've been using it to find guest blogging opportunities so we can reach out to them via email.
I typically just use a few exact match queries (related to guest posting) + my keyword in order to put together a pretty extensive list of keywords that scrapebox can then start scraping URLs from SERP results for.
I de-dupe these URLs in scrapebox - check them all for PR - then send them off to my linkbuilders.
You can do the same with a lot of other forms of linkbuilding - get creative with the queries you initally use and you'll be rolling in opportunity
