Ways to shutdown a Fb-Page of someone else

Hey guys,

since beginning last week I found a page on Fb which copies our services and the way how we work in the same are where we operate. But that´s actually not the point. This pages uses fake photos of their products

Is there a way to spam their page with posts, their messenger with messages or bad reviews ?

I really want to get this page closed.

The most obvious thing what you can do is report them to FB. If you have proof that it's a deceptive page in a way that it could harm their users, i think FB will have no problem to shut it down.

What do you mean by fake photos though? Fake as in they send different products than pictured or they send products as pictured, it's just that they use someone else's (yours?) photos and not their own?

Yes they do take actions against such impostor accounts, If you provide solid proof for your allegations against them. You can either use this form for reporting OR

  1. Go to the Page you want to report
  2. Hover over

  3. Select Report Page
  4. Choose the option that best describes the issue and follow the on-screen instructions
 
some punk tried to message me and try to buy posting on my Page then after the decline started copying videos and photo's I created..his page started growing I messaged him he said,

"f you I will crush you" Kep posting and will copy!

Waited for his page to grow over time then messages him again and said you're doing well copying me! he said "go away or we can work together" he sent me his skype details.

I then reported every video and picture he copied within 3 days his page was down and i sent him a message on skype with a picture of a Small man being crushed by a fat woman and write f you

thank you all for your suggestions. I reported the page and a couple of posts. All what FB suggest is: "Send XYZ a message" or "hide everything of XYZ " .

So I will wait a few days and tell you guys what´s happening

It is very easy to take down the page AS LONG AS IT IS NOT A VERIFIED BIG REPUTABLE PAGE. And there are a couple of ways to do this.

1) Subscribe to addmefast bot from BST and start sending fake followers/ post share/ likes.
2) Subscribe to Facebook like jacker and send forced likes to the page and then report to facebook about this. Facebook take fast action this. Complain that you are tricked to like a page that you will never like. And then copied your complain and send to [email protected]
3) Share the fanpage links across FB groups and other popular fanpage and irritate other users so that they complain the fanpage as scam/spam/ whatever.
4) Use facebook commenting on ESPN/Soccernet and others and "Invite" people to like the fanpage. Point is to irritate and get people to complain for spam.

Use an automated bot to post comments to that fanpage posing as customer. Point here is to waste their resources for customer service.

idk, that's pretty a crappy thing to do honestly & pretty frowned upon
Like the person is playing dirty by stealing content but you encouraging OP to be just as bad maybe worse by kicking them in the nuts honestly.
No different from blasting your competition with shit seo

Agree with you. I don't do this personally but I do keep this as a weapon against my competitors and ready to use them if necessary. It is like holding on to nukes and protecting oneself. I have all the bots/ proxies/ bulk bot for mass reporting/ automation ready for deployment if the situation forces it. As long as the fanpage is not verified and reputable then it is possible to shut them down within 48 hours period. I have punks coming to my fanpage selling things cheaper than me in the past through direct commenting on my posting and I make sure that THEY NEVER ever sell using that fanpage ever again. It is fine if they sell via their fanpage but if they cross the line, my nukes are ready for them as well.

Once again, I am not encouraging such practice. Blackhat does not mean that we play dirty. Akin to holding on to nukes, it does not mean that we need to use it. But for protection and warning to others not to play dirty with us else be prepared for consequences.

I agree and understand what you mean but was just stating it's still pretty crummy thing to do.

I would advise just like you mentioned, have them ready, but it's would be better for everyone to not resort to those tactics

Being blackhat or doing blackhat practises doesn't mean you play dirty and go do frown upon things.

A weapon can be used in various ways, good and bad. It's the person who uses it chooses how it's gonna go down.

I think the debate should end here. We all have our views but at the end of the day, remember that what you can do to others, others can do upon you. What do you want at the end of the day? Money or enemy? We game the system through blackhat to get an advantage to make money online. We do not game the system to break the rice bowl of others. :)

Just a quick update: I´ve reported every single post and the page and do not hear anything from facebook.

Thanks mate, I think this is the way to go.

I just signed up with www.fblikejacker.in and it requires to add an app to you page, what I can´t as it is not my page.
Another one is http://likejackninja.com/fb-like-jacker-faq/, but it seems that I must have a WP Page for that

Any suggestion ?

Also for an addmefast bot would be great. I used the searchbox here in BHW, but was not really able to find one. Just questions and questions from other users.

Think twice, don't you think Facebook is used to dishonest reports about competitors and all other sorts of provoced things? Yes. They won't take every report literally and will instead examine it themselfs to get an honest view of it.
