Ways to monetize?

I have around 10 very active pages (5-15k each) with mainly Australian fans but I haven't had much success in monetizing them... I've tried fiverr, cpa etc with minimal success... What am I doing wrong? What other ways are there to monetize?

I would try to send them all to a fan page, invite them to it. if you get about 5,000 likes on that page then your talking money
