Ways to monetize business contact list

Hello, I have a list of ~40k Lithuanian businesses information list. Information includes fields that are shown in the picture attached. (~37k emails and ~40k phones). Data is 18months old. I would like to monetize this, without investing much time (cold emails sending service is too much work for now to implement). Any ideas? Is Lithuanian business information worth something or not many chances to sell it somewhere? How much could I ask per one contact, or pricing model is different in these cases? Thanks!

What type of contacts?

As in are they in a particular category / field?

It's basically the list of all companies registered in Lithuania. (as of 2019 December). All categories/fields combined. An example of one company:



Its not all the data, but some of it to give an idea (those ? symbols are not in the actual data. it can also be sanitized and formatted in a more user friendly format if needed).
