Very hard to monetize quote pages. And very hard for someone here to recommend you anything when we hardly have a clue about your pages.
What I would do is research and get in the eyes of the people who like your pages. There are going to be some similarities. Find these, then find a product that would fit just right.
Now, do this 10 times and find the highest converting offer.

If you have a quote pages, I'd suggest you to use Teespring to sell shirts for profit. You need to sell at least 10 and you determine price and profit. You could write a simple quote on the shirt and try selling it, that could make you a lot if people like it. I do it with my sports page and every month I sell ~20 shirts.
