Create a Gmail account without inserting your phone number. When create, skip phone number and choose to insert email as the recovery.

I used a proxy and it never asked for phone verification. You only need 3rd tier country proxy. Most of them can bypass PV for gmail with android user agent

they say you need a clean ip to make it possible (not 100% certain, just possible)
but recently I tried to create gmail from my home ip, it gave me phone verification
I tried from a piece of shit spammed vpn and it did not give me phone verification
so who knows what gmail is thinking
you cannot "bypass" the phone verification. The only way is to buy phone numbers from sites that specialize in this service.

From time to time It is possible to create a new gmail address without phone verification, If you use a proxy & a private window. Worked for me several times.
There are no reliable & free SMS receiving services available right now, so this method wont work anymore. When you try their free phone numbers (posted months or yeas ago) you'll get a message that the phone number have been used too many times.

Everything is possible if you use the right tools. Google has some great bot-detecting software, but you just need to "spoof" as much info about yourself, as possible. I'm talking about residential proxies (the ones that look like real IPs), agent spoofers, cache cleaners and other.

I have a little solution for you, that i think it's always working !
On your phone only, use Youtube App to create new Gmail account to login with .. In 90% of cases it not require a phone verification !

If you are lucky on one of the IPs maybe, but most likely NordVPN won't work.

Yes you can open them, but not use. They are nearly useless for any kind of use, because you can do 1 action with them and then you get a request for verification again.i tried and opened 6 account in 5 minute without phone verification. small trick from me bday year 2004
Best option is to get a clean, fresh browser with fresh proxies.
