Ways to buy relevant links to foregin language website?

Buying authority link services sounds good, but most, if not all links are at English websites. Links from English websites pointing to foregin language websites that contains German, French or Swedish content doesnt make sense. To me Google should know that the links are put there just to get link juice.

Do you know any good methods getting around this?

Sape links would be my suggestion. There are a ton of sellers who deal in sape so it wouldnt be hard to get exactly what you want.

It's not that hard to build links to foreign sites, you just need to learn the correct way to scrape sites like that .
