I've been working like crazy lately, my business is growing very fast but not fast enough
I'm not looking to recover from burnout but rather I'm trying to beat it....
What do you guys do when you have to keep going but you feel exhausted?
I can't afford to take a few days off I need to keep pushing to reach an important milestone that I think it's crucial for my business and it will define its future.

Have you tried exercise? You could go for a walk, as I have done that a lot lately, and I am also working on stuff.Go for a tiny walk around the block, or if you're by nature, go and do it.

Prioritize self-care through regular breaks, exercise, and healthy habits, while setting boundaries to balance work and personal life. Reconnect with your purpose and seek support from colleagues or professionals when needed.

Thanks. This could help maybe. I've tried taking small breaks and laying down for a bit but it's not helping me because then it feels even harder to get back to work especially when I am trying to squeeze 12+ hrs a day of full productivity

Been there, done that.

Try to limit your caffeine intake.

If you’re pushing 16+ hour days, you obviously aren’t getting that much quality sleep.
Caffeine will fuck that little amount of sleep you might be able to even get.

Try to meditate for like 10-15mins when you wake up and before going to bed.
It’s pretty overwhelming on the brain to work that long, and I find short meditations help me with not becoming a complete lunatic on those times I push long days for weeks.

Good luck.

Hiring a VA to take care of boring tasks is a must, plus make time for rest and leisure in your busy schedule. Watch your favorite movie, spend time with friends, and have fun with your better half... if you know you know!

True caffeine does not help me anymore. I can literally have a strong coffee now and 30 min later take a nap. Maybe I'm getting older :(

Get a real close friend.
Once you talk all your trouble, you will feel better and it would be helpful for your business.
it is my way. Cheer up

Firstly if you are too busy, consider putting your prices up; that way you make more money and for potentially less work if you lose a few customers that don’t want to pay the higher price. that was advice given to me once by one of my own customers.

Secondly, for me personally martial arts works very well (or the gym would have a similar impact I’m sure). I find that even though it consumes time, doing something completely different to my working day really helps to balance my energy levels and also it somehow translates into a stronger mindset whilst I am working.

I get it, you’re hustling hard, and sometimes it feels like there’s no time to stop. When I hit that point of exhaustion but can’t afford to slow down, I try to break things into smaller, more manageable tasks, focus on just one thing at a time. Taking quick, intentional breaks to recharge (even just a few minutes of stretching or breathing) helps reset my brain. Also, fueling up with healthy snacks or drinking water can make a huge difference. Pushing through isn’t about grinding non-stop, but about staying sharp and using your energy efficiently until you hit that next milestone. You've got this!

I'm skeptical. I bet those hours aren't all money making method hours. They are just running around the doing admin? If they are money making methods, then they should easily be delegatable like others have said. If it is just admin nonsense, that feeling will never go away. Learn to manage and live with it and control it. Work a bit slower, between motivation bursts. But just keep on working, even if slowly, and spend time thinking, as that's the most important skill of all. If you spend 100% of your time working instead 20% thinking then you'll never revise and improve your business headaches.

Meditate - start with 5 mins in the morning right after you wake up
Not medical advice - take some magnesium to counter the tiredness and some ginko biloba + Omega 3 to keep balanced the brain
Some type of gym / home training / jogging etc.
Avoid sugar, caffeine (try green / black tea), smoking, alcohol
Try cold showers / baths
Then work without distractions: close your phone, put some blockers for your browser and just work
