ways to avoid red flagging on "intellectually rights" issues on facebook videos uploads

I have been running pages now, mainly for my own recreation and secondly to earn in their ad breaks in videos..but recently i have been flagged on a 3 minutes videos (usually movie videos and anime's) more than once for intellectually rights issues, and i was turn on to a "moderator" rather than an admin, they say its temporarily because of my violations..please no reply for "share authentic videos" i have seen a lot of pages same with mine but they are not flagged down..advance thanks for someone who can help!
