Ways To Avoid Paypal dispute ?

Greetings guys ! I'm about to recieve a $400 payment regarding a service that I completed (3D Mapping for a gaming community) and I was wondering what i can do to avoid paypal disputes, if the guy decides to scam me. I'm afraid of the guy claiming it wasan't him or of he opening a dispute. What can I do ? Can I ask him something, like a document to prove it's him ? Is there a payment plataform that manages that ? Any suggestions ? Thanks !

you should screen shot proof and sent it to paypal they may ban his account

as far as i know paypal will favour the buyer in any service related claim/dispute and only offer the seller some sort of protection if they sell physical goods.

Don't use Paypal, that's how you avoid Paypal disputes. Otherwise, those disputes are the cost of doing business with a convenient but buyer-slanted processor.

If it's digital then PayPal will favor the seller (at least for me). Whenever I get a chargeback I just call PayPal, explain my case and they reject it right there while I'm on the phone with them. Seriously takes about 5 minutes. Sometimes the buyer will appeal PayPals decision so I just call back, explain my case, and they deny it once again.

I know Paypal doesn't guarantee digital goods - just physical ones. So you should be safe. Also, try to find another payment processor. Idk what the popular alternative is but I'd find it and use it.

In more general sense, make as much evidence as you can:
that you made the service, he accepted it, make screenshots and save everything as potential evidence.
