It's no different to monetizing a website.

You sell shout outs ( providing you have enough followers)

You promote products (.e.g if you have a fitness iG themed account, promote new supplements / gear)

You promote programs (.e.g. if you have a motivational iG themed account, promote new make money schemes)

Have a lot of ways to monotize.
For churn & burn accounts - CPA
Promotes (products, digital products like apps and theese things) and Shoutouts is the safety because you don't get banned if you do it right

There are sites out there where you can sell shoutouts to brands using apps.

Sites like IG Shoutout and Shoutcart
