Ways i can make decent money?

If that's your budget I don't have any advice for you. Not because I am a jerk, it's because you said you don't have any knowledge and you have a pocket money "budget".
If you had at least one of those 2 things (Knowledge or Budget) you could do something but with that ($160) I must tell you to forget about it.
You can get 3-4 very good written eBooks (any topic) at Elance if you play smart (take contractors that have great writing skills and no feedback) and upload those eBook on Amazon. If you're lucky you may sell couple of these every month.

You don't need to invest anything on Internet from pocket. Try to make you investment by your own. If you know some thing about web or have any creativity you can easily make money from fiverr. There is section on this forum called Hire a freelancer. you can take a look at this.
