WayBack machine issue and aged domain question

I have an aged domain that I am looking to get for a pbn. The site was first registered in 2011, well my issue is that Wayback has crawled it just 4 times since then and it has no complete website. the site has some decent links but they all point to the front page and no internal pages. Obviously I want to make sure that this looks like the aged domain that it is and not a new registration. what do you guys recommend that I do in this case??

Apparently no issues, as long as you see legit content in those snapshot
About the homepage, this is in fact a good thing, because it will save you a ton of work, not having to replicate many subpages for taking advantage of incoming links power
 
If links are good and site doesn’t seem spammed in wayback machine then you’re good to goo, you can always study @Nargil answers fo see if it’s been answered or no
 
yes if the links (backlinks) are good then go ahead - just check history i.e. in terms of language other than English, Also check R related content/casino/gambiling.
Rest if its okay then go ahead make a PBN

Actually I can't find any content at all, my best guess is that the site was squatted. its as if someone registered it and never developed it at all, the profile looks like this below. but I can't find the cached copy anywhere online. The last Wayback machine crawl shows the bottom of a parked page..
I just checked with Moz and it shows there are 22 pages from the site but I just can find anything online??

Be aware that medium links are not the greatest out there. No something I will take into account into evaluating the worthiness of a domain. Profile doesn't look astounding, check for that umd.edu and see how is coming from. Not sure that the domain just for that link could be worth investing time on (at least for me). Maybe is just a comment in a spammed blog page. With low amount of snapshot, for so many years, domain doesn't look great.

It doesn't have history recorded, because as you can see from the crap Moz metrics, the domain is weak and never had much traffic for Archive to crawl it often.

Because you can't see anything, doesn't mean the domain is clean at all. Between 2015-2017 there could easily be a PBN. Compare that with Hosterstats. There you will also be able to see if the domain was parked or not.

If you want to keep checking domains yourself, purchase a subscription to Domaintools. Their screenshots reveal much more than Archive oftentimes.

And get Ahrefs and see the historic traffic and rankings.

This is not really a rocket science. Just use your head people.

thanks for the insight. that's, why I like bhw coz, am constantly learning new stuff every day. I would rather learn this stuff myself than keep buying things and depending on purchases. Even if I choose to buy, I need to know what am buying. Am pretty sure you understand that..... thanks for your insight by the way.
 
check the backlinks, if they are for example about "cars" make some post with same page address about "cars"

thanks, that's actually what I was thinking of doing. I would just keep the same permalink but add different content...

Not a solid domain to buy, keep going with scraping and you will find more worthy domains. Spend money on those domains that can give you good ROI.
