It is amazing that such a tool works at all and it is free. It could work faster, but it's not a big disadvantage.

Pretty common. It's not working properly most of the time and is completely down at least a few times a month. You will get used to it.

Indeed, it did not work yesterday. Today it is slow, but it can be used.
