Way to keep Telegram Running All the Time?

Is there a way to set something up so that it runs Telegram all the time? Like on another computer somewhere? I can't have my computer open all the time !

Hello) you can download telegram portable, and run it in a separate folder. Then when you run from this folder, you will get into your account. You can also transfer this folder to any PC.
